Cancel or reschedule a tuition session

If you or your child can no longer attend a tuition session and need to cancel it, or move it to another time, please use the form below to let us know.

Important:
Please ensure that you are familiar with our cancellation and rescheduling policy before submitting a cancellation or rescheduling request.

Note:
Unless the statutory 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period applies, you must give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation or rescheduling request made with insufficient notice.

If you cancel a session with less than 7 days’ notice, you will only receive a 50% refund on any fees paid for the session.
Rescheduling a session with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee. This fee will be 20% of the total session price, including any travel or premium session charges.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to the approval of your tutor. The tutor’s decision is final.
We cannot move any existing bookings to accommodate a rescheduled session.

Additional charges apply for sessions held before 8am, on weekends and on bank holidays. Please see the Prices & Fees page of our website for more details.
If you reschedule the session to a time for which a higher premium charge applies, you will be required to pay the additional premium charge, in addition to any applicable rescheduling fee.
If you reschedule the session to a time for which a lower premium charge, or no premium charge, applies, you will be refunded the difference minus any applicable rescheduling fee.
